In this unit we discussed what the student does and does not need to understand about areas such as vocabulary, structures, grammar, and language functions. We also went over possible activities that would be appropriate to each one of the previously stated areas using an ESA structure. Finally we also went over what areas of each area that the teacher needs to be able to teach. And like previous units, I have realized how there are areas like function and use that some English speakers do not understand.
