I enjoyed reviewing the different roles of a teacher and how they must wear 'many many hats at once'. Reading through the various roles is a reminder of how important it is to have a plan going into the lesson but yet also be keenly aware and perceptive of things going on during the class time. I also enjoyed the reading and listening to the motivation, experiences, and behavior of different age groups and the impact that these characteristics have on the leaner. Lastly, it was good to review the characteristics of a good learner. Reviewing these items reminded me of how important it is to both reinforce and Foster these characteristics in the classroom.
