In this unit we discussed the various parts of the English grammar in a way that will allow a more streamlined approach to teaching english learners its various subtleties. The unit involved not just reviewing what most english speakers are already aware of, but dissecting the grammar into its essential elements for the benefit of future teaching engagements. Not only have I gained a greater understanding of my own grammar but I am now more confident in teaching the grammar of my mother tongue to others.
