This unit provided many useful tools to aid in managing a classroom. This section showed how varied classroom management can be and the importance of recognizing the ways that many different factors will affect the types of techniques which should be used. I especially appreciate the advice regarding allowing for a lot of student talk time and the ways in which this can be implemented. The different styles and implications of choosing to arrange the room in particular ways was also very useful to learn about.
