This unit offered a good and basic overview of teachers and students/learners. There is a wide range of successful and unsuccessful roles teachers can play in the classroom, many of these depend on the audience/students, age of students and lesson plan/unit being taught. Students can be motivated and turned off from learning for a variety of reasons, it is important to acknowledge this and find a good way to address and change the situation.
