this unit has opened my eyes to the different techniques that can be applied while delivering an English lesson. When teaching it is good to keep your students best interest in mind and focus on their levels of interest. keeping a lesson interesting by using the straight arrow or the variations of these such as the patchwork or boomerang system is fun as well as engaging and provides a steady learning pattern.
