Teaching methods can be different and do not have to be a straight arrow (Engage-Activate-Study) method. The lesson plan can be a patchwork of different stages. The emphasis as always, is on the teacher not correcting every mistake, and being able to differentiate between an error and a mistake. Teachers should also encourage self or student corrections, so students are not only learning their mistakes but also applying a different perspective to their learning.
