This unit clearly defined to me what makes/is expected of a good teacher and likewise a good student. Furthermore it explained the relationship between student and teacher and explained how a good teacher can impact and motivate a student to be a good student. On a practical level, this unit defined different levels of proficiency and defined them in such a way that I can easily identify what level a student belongs in while also explaining cultural and age differences that may affect class dynamics.
