There was not much to learn here for me personally. Although I knew all verb forms and which one to use in the correct situation, I had never memorized the specific usages. I guess this would be helpful when teaching some grammar to per-intermediate levels, although I have never taught anyone using those specific phrases. Definitely a necessary unit for new teachers or those without a bachelors degree.
