This unit on troubleshooting was very useful in explaining solutions to common problems in the classroom that can take place in any language and in any school. The thing that stuck with me the most was that the first lesson really sets the mood and pace of the entire semester of the class so it is important to make a good impression and inspire the students to want to learn the language. They should be captivated and really enjoy the class so that they do not dread it each time. I learned a lot from this unit and look forward to where this certification takes me!
