Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

Teaching the usage and understanding of tenses to non-native (EFL) students can be a difficult task, even for native speaking people. Thus, it is important to give the students time to discuss in groups as well as work individually in order to gain a full understanding of how tenses should be used when using both oral/verbal and written language.Sentences that involve simple tense and and passive voice commonly involve an \"ed\" ending to the verb and or subject. However within the English language many words have a passed tense without the changing of the ended but the change of the word entirely which takes a lot of repetition and use before the sentence structure can be used correctly.
