From what I have just gotten from this lesson, it is now more focused on the receptive skills of the students. The lesson explains how and what reasons could affect a student’s receptive skills. It also highlights, again, how important a student’s interest on a topic or a task, to be able to fully integrate the lesson being taught, would be.That was quite a challenge! In my mind, it would be better to add video or audio file to illustrate intonation and pronunciation part. Still I was happy to read that non-native speaker is more likely to teach pronunciation and phonology than native, since there are able to feel the differences which are so unlike to your own language in the beginning.
