This unit reinforces the basic tense form with the use of English. I have learnt from this unit that even native English speakers at times face challenges with tense using English. The unit give basic explanation and clarifications as how to go about applying the correct tense when using English in its various forms, such as speaking and writing.Unit 8 (future tenses) was a very informative section for me, where I have learned a lot about the values that the different future tenses hold in teaching English as an additional language. Tenses for me is the building blocks and foundation of written and spoken texts in the English language and therefore to master tenses is of most importance.
