This unit expatiates on modal auxiliary verbs and the 2 voices used in English; the active and the passive. It also briefly explains phrasal verbs and the 3 categories of clauses.
I am now versed with the basic rules of modal auxiliary verbs and some teaching ideas. i am also versed with the usage of passive voice, relative clause and phrasal verbs.I learned that a teacher's energy and body language can set the tone in the classroom. If a teacher is unprepared and disengaged, the students can feel that and become disinterested in the lesson. Constant interaction with the students and checking their understanding creates a good learning environment as well as allow the teacher to build rapport.
