in this unit we were learning about activities for encouraging new vocabulary and teaching techniques used for that, ways to present new language to students, their difficulties in learning a new vocabulary items, relevant factors in the selection of vocabulary to teach and of course the structures of boomerang, patchwork esa and straight arrow.This unit discusses the different methods for testing student base knowledge and progress, as well as how to identify which situations are appropriate for which style of testing. Being able to evaluate a student’s progress can alert the teacher to many aspects of the lesson including how affective the method is and if their pace is too fast.
