This unit provides a great feedback on lesson plan structure. It is also good that is provies a basic theory about the metodology so it will be easier for a teacher to drill deeper if he needs to search for additional knowledge. I also find very useful the warning what to do during each stage, and how to use your body gesture to signal a direction.Eliciting productive skills from a student may be difficult if they feel less engaged and not sure of what they will be saying in the class. Make sure that everyone is comfortable and that cultural issues are taken into account. Correcting errors as soon as they occur may not always be the best course of action for the students motivational levels.
