This unit has showed me how to correctly change direct speech into reported speech. I have learnt different conditions in which we speak based on past, present, hypothetical irrefutable speech and how to identify sentences. Different verbs and modals are necessary for different conditions and I have learnt different ways to teach this to students.In this unit we focused on issues that you may face while teaching English, especially with beginners. There is always a solution and it is often common sense. You must always match the task to the students needs and abilities. It is also very important to add a fun component to learning, which can vastly increase the motivation of your students.
