I really appreciated the overview of grammar that was preasented. I feel that I had taken for granted how much native speakers naturally accumulate. This chapter gives perspectives on the rules that those speaking English as a second language have to go through. It's helpful to be able give rules to things a native English speaker does naturally.The unit focuses on productive skills: speaking and writing. It highlights that the writing skill is often not as frequently done in the classroom and is delegated as homework. The unit provides a range of accuracy based activities which concentrate on producing the correct language and fluency games that concentrate on the flow of communication.
