This unit gives detailed information on how to effectively plan a lesson. The unit describes how lesson plans should be flexible and allow for possible changes. The unit describes the different lesson phases and gives suggestions about which lesson types work for teaching different subjects. The unit also provides some good lesson planning outlines.In this section, I learned about the different model verbs, verb phrases, and passive and active voice. I found this section to be a little challenging but it was good that it went over passive voice because I can see that being challenging for students. Additionally, the different types of clauses and how to teach them to students will come in handy.
