This unit is about developing productive skills, which are speaking and writing. The writing activities are focused mainly on accuracy whereas the speaking activities are mostly focused on fluency. Reasons why students could be reluctant to speak in class were given as well as possible solutions to the problems, one of which is an interesting game.This unit helps us to understand the usage of modal verbs and passive voice. Modal verbs are use to express ability, possibility, permission, suggestion which helps the speaker to make understand more correctly. Passive voice focus on the subject which was an object in active voice. We learned about the usages and teaching methods of passive voice.
