The unit gives a general observation of major possible problems which every teacher may face while working with large groups. Also it provides us with some tips (which may be helpful for unexperienced teachers) and ways of problem solving. Examples (especially for range of activities) are really nice. They make understanding easier (as any example).The unit looked at some theories that underpinned some of the methods used by English as a Second Language(ESL) teachers in the classroom. It also threw lights on some classroom correction techniques.
I have learnt the nature of these methodologies and how to use them. I have also learnt best ways of dealing with students' mistakes in ESL class.
