This unit looked at past tenses and covers the different forms, usages, common mistakes and teaching ideas for the four forms of past tense. I also learned that there are exceptions for past tenses, for example, the irregular verbs.Thanks to chapter 6, I refreshed my knowledge of the past tenses. I remembered that there are four past tense forms in English: past simple, past continuous, past perfect and past perfect continuous.
