The most informative portion of this unit was the breakdown of the various roles a teacher takes during the class. Throughout my classes, I notice myself taking these various roles at various times. Having the unit break these down and describe them individually was really helpful for me to understand how and I act in certain ways during my classes.This unit provides an overview of what it means to be an effective teacher. I have discovered about the different levels of learning proficiency, and what are the qualities of a good learner. It is very important for the teacher to understand the group that is presented in front of him/her, so that the learners could be better engaged and motivated.
