In this unit, I learned about the past tenses of verbs in English. The first of these is the past simple. The second is the past continuous. The third is the past perfect. The fourth is the past perfect continuous. Each of these has its own applications and forms. I also learned about several activate stage activities to reinforce these concepts.Today I learned about proper use of modals, phrasal verbs, and passive voice. It would be easy for an English student from another country to misuse auxiliary verbs in relation to requests, obligations, and permissions. I liked the teaching idea about making traffic signs, and also the role play idea expressing advice and obligation to something.
