The usage of tenses in this unit was very interesting. Thinking what I would normally say in English conversation helped me a lot in understanding the actual structures of sentences, especially in the reported speech unit. Conditionals were a bit tricky as well because it seems natural to speak, but understanding the structure took a bit of time.As with every other stage of planning to teach students productive skills, it is important to make sure that the subjsct that you are wanting them to practice their skills is of interest and has a relative purpose for your students. You will not be an effective teacher is your students are not ingaging or have no idea what you are talking about.
