Eugenio is working in Japan as an English teacher and recently completed our 120 hour TEFL course. He enjoyed the course and was able to try the new-learned techniques in his classroom. He also worked closely with his tutor and was able to finish the course within a few weeks.

I think it is important to have a hat full of ideas for lessons which includes different exercises and structures. This is important to keep the students attentive and interested in the lesson but this also goes for the teacher. As having the same lesson structure for each and every lesson can be quiet boring for both, the students and the teacher.In this unit it can be seen how important is the role of the lesson plan in be effective in teaching. I have learned the different techniques to use to achieve the best possible result, especially the importance of engage the students on learning activities, such as: role playing, group and class discussions and use of the language in conversation.
