According to me a good teacher should be kind and patient, a good teacher should love really love teaching, she/he should be lively and entertaining, he or she know how to motivate students weakness. Knowing English increases our chances of getting jobs in a multinational companies.When teaching special groups, it is essential to keep the teaching and learning student-centered. As a teacher, we need to first learn about our students, especially when teaching multilingual students or adults. It is important to understand student's culture, their needs and their motivation in order to make the teaching and learning more effective.
