From this unit I have learnt about teacher/student relationship, I have learnt about classroom management and skills and students behavior . I have also got the idea of mentoring and motivating students. I have also gain knowledge on how to teach both young and adult in the classroom and also the difference in learners at every stage in the classroomUnit 1 takes the time to define what a good teacher is, the different types of roles that they will have in a classroom and how these roles interact. It defines what a good student is what they might be like, depending on age, culture,etc. It also defines the levels of experience the students could be at, and what motivates students to learn English.
