Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. This unit introduced concepts of class management which varied from physical placement of the students and desks to the use of eye contact and body language in order to maintain control of the class. It reminds me of working in the security industry as a nightclub bouncer. The placement and body language of a guard can prevent issues from arising.Both placement tests and progress tests I already know about but the others I haven't. It's really encouraging to know about the other tests to know more about my students'language level and when and how to tackle their weaknesses. Tests are very important not only for the teachers but for the students as well to keep them motivated to get better.
