It is vital to write a lesson plan for teachers, especially for the inexperienced teachers. Always remember that to keep it simple and flexible. If there is anything changed according to the lesson always take a note and write it down, so you don't forget it. Do not try to script the lesson. Write participated time for each activity in the margin.There is little agreement on the use of course books. A book will give a clear plan for progression and a lifeline for a teacher without a strong backup plan, but it can give the teacher too much safety at times. I have found that I get lazy when using a book. When i teach lessons that I write myself, they are more relevant and I am more invested.
