This course was basically about the past tenses of the English language-this is important due to the fact that like all other grammar points, the students have to understand this in order to be successful. In this lesson, I learned about past simple, past continuous, past continuous and past perfect continuous and the nature of their structures.This unit was an introduction to grammar, which I found to very useful. As a native English speaker, you don’t really understand why you position words as you would. This was a helpful reminder. It is helpful not only to know this ourselves, but it ensures confidence in our students that we have common knowledge of the grammatical system
