This unit reinforced what I already know and believe to be true regarding course books and the way a good teacher will use them to adapt to their own style while meeting the individual needs of students. I found it helpful creating the ESA lesson based on a newspaper article which I hope to practise on some intermediate students in the near future.The Unit clearly explained the importance of testing the level of experience in your business students and also the need for a needs analysis. Each part of the Unit is necessary to get the best syllabus for your client. The different syllabuses was also very informative and gave me a good indication of how to build my own or a on standard syllabus.
