there are many tests may take place such as:placement test,diagnostic test,progress test, practice test and proficiency test. the placement test include the four skills(reading,writing, speaking and listening) and it's a progressive test which starts from easy to harder. the progress test is all four skills as well and often require by school or language centers and it's useful to show area of the class weaknesses. the practice test is used for revision purpose and used for external exam. finally the proficiency test includes many tests such as: general English,business English and academic English.In general English the is Cambridge suite and it's 5 level exam. in the other side the business English it has the TOEIC and BULATTS. and finally the academic test which includes TOEFL and IELTS.
