This unit is based on two contrasting videos that have been filmed in an actual English language classroom, using real students of English. These video show a grammar lesson where the students appear to have trouble with the lesson content. While watching this lesson we can see the students are finding the lesson difficult, particularly focusing on things such as the teacher?s attitude, manner and teaching style, as well as the lesson structure and content.Following on from the previous video, the second video shows the same teacher presenting the same lesson subject to the same English language students. Throughout the lesson we can notice a significant difference in the atmosphere in the classroom, as well as a difference in the level of understanding among-st the class participants.
