Great to actually see a lesson and to see the comparison of the two lessons. As said before - it is unbelievable the influence that the teacher has on the students and their willingness to learn from the minute that teacher walks into the room - again (as said before) - as hard as it is sometimes, so important to remember that no matter what is going on personally, or at home - personal 'baggage' needs to be left at home - and if the teacher feels they can not perform at their best they should try to get someone else to help them out and take the lesson. Such an integral part of the students education that the teachers have the correct mentality/mood when teaching their students. It is always about the students and their education and we need to remember that as frustrating as it may be sometimes!
