As a former 1st and 4th grade teacher I have taught English grammar at different levels to ESL students. This unit was a fantastic refresher for me. As a non-native English speaker I forgot how difficult the English language could be to a foreigner. There are a lot of rules to remember and some rules do not make sense. I look forward to teaching these to my students abroad through interactive games. I even learned some new things in this course like what a \"gerund\" is--I did not know the term for it. Unit 1 taught about the importance of building rapport and relationships with our students to get the engaged and Unit 2 is starting to dig deeper into the content that will be expected to teach. Overall, I am very pleased with the program. The task exercises were very helpful and a great self-check tool.
