This unit expanded on the present tense unit and demonstrated how the four tenses operate in the past. The rules were largely the same though I could definitely see the learning of this material without knowledge of English very difficult. The suggestions for what activities help teach these tenses was very helpful.I learned more details concerning the rules of present tense language. More importantly I've learned some activities to use for practical application teaching. With native English speakers we know how to speak but not often the rules behind how we speak; this helped me better understand the rules behind how I speak.
