This unit helped me a lot.It taught me how to evaluate students.I learnt different types of testing method.These are quite interesting and helpful.I think I should follow them during my teaching career.Every teacher should have a clear view on the evaluation process as this gives feedback to you as well as students.This was another unit on learning to connect with students and being adaptive in the classroom. These are crucial skills to learn in order to be an effective teacher for all class skill levels, ages, and cultures. In this unit I learned many common problems that I may face as a new teacher and how to deal with them.
