The videos a great way at showing what you should and should not do as a teacher in the classroom. In the first video even i was a little stand-offish towards the teacher. He didn't bother to know the names, he didn't seem like wanted to be there, nor was he inviting to the students. However, in the second video, i liked that he applied all off the habits of a good teacher. He also went through the correct lesson plans that have been set. You could tell that the students had a good time being in the class and they even seemed to learn a little better in the second video. This has helped open my eyes to how good teaching should be demonstrated in the classroom.
