This unit deals with troubleshooting and how to deal with common problems in the classroom. The section on first lessons was especially useful as first impressions do count. If the teacher can make the students feel comfortable right away, the future will be much brighter for both students and teacher. Using warmer games such as hangman and memory games are great ways to establish rapport with new learners and above all young children. The section on how to teach when the class has two or three distinct levels was also very imformative. Making sure advanced students dont feel bored with supplementary materials is a technique I will introduce into my classroom.
