The videos provided a good comparison between a two types of teaching. The first video illustrates the teachers habits that are not encouraged where the teacher is being very remorse, writes on board with back facing the students, does not engage the students and making comments that can intimidate the students. In the first class, the students look bored and does not interest to participate lively in the class. While in the second class, the teacher was very cheerful and that also reflected in the students where they seem comfortable. Knowing and calling the students by name makes the class very informal to create a more conducive environment for teaching.
