This final unit summarizes some common problems take could be encountered in an ESL class or during one's career as an ESL teacher. These include problems rising as a result of a larger class,reluctant students,difficulties with listening.From this unit,I have acquired the necessary skills to tackle my first lesson (establishing rapport,finding out students language levels),warmer and various activities that can be used for warn up,managing students who belong to different language levels, managing large classes,the use of the students native language(only when necessary), dealing with reluctant students and how to manage difficulties related to listening text.
