Learning levels vary for all students. This can be a problem for a teacher trying to teach material when one student may grasp certain things better than other students. There are various activities one may do to avoid this gap to arise between students. My suggestion is doing pair work. When grouping strong students with the less advanced students this will help both students. The stronger students can repeat their knowledge and the lesser advanced student is understanding the material from another point of view. Make sure students only use native language when there is a lack of understanding material, but to ensure they use English as much as possible.
