I think the most useful part of this lesson was the resource section. I had to search for a textbook for a English communication class I taught, and I had particularly sought out textbooks. However, now I realize it might have been much more useful to search for resource books/workbooks and create my own explanation. The resource websites also provided many listening quizzes, which saves a lot of time in creating our own. The BBC website in particular provides many relevant English reading and video material. Tim's pronunciation workshop is great for students planning to go to the UK, as he highlights all the strange sound changes that happen in spoken language.
