This unit gives us an understanding of the qualities, roles and responsibilities, that a teacher and a learner needs to have in the classroom. Teacher has to play multi-talented roles to make the learning an enjoyable experience. This has broadened my concept of teaching. The learners, might be from different age groups, life experience, different levels of motivation etc. But an experienced teacher with all the qualities mentioned in this unit can become a successful teacher and can be a motivation to the students. She can be a role model to her students. I personally believe that trying to inculcate these qualities will help me to become a successful teacher.
