I will explain something funny, when I was studying the ESA technique in prior lessons I saw this video the first one and watched it. I was flabbergasted and thought this guy just broke all the rules I have been studying and I thought \"maybe I made a mistake in this course\". That is what I get for going ahead, I thought it would help me in explanation of ESA in action. This was an excellent unit. It mad us as student observe faulty errors in teaching and showed us on the other hand how the proper way to teach a lesson. Going back breaking it down into a lesson plan really made me make notes during both videos. I enjoyed and learned a lot in this lesson. Thanks
