Unit 20 shows a number of different problems that can happen in the classroom, with the students in particular moments of a class or during the course. It's important for the teacher to be keen to detect these problems as soon as they arise and come up with a quick solution, in other words, to be in control of every possible situation. When it comes to different nationalities, ages and personalities (as seen on the previous unit), some other problems can appear and it's challenging for the teacher to deal with them, instead of just avoiding them and pretending they don't happen, as the students would lose interest in the teacher and, therefore, English language.
