The unit content outlined the important qualities of a teacher and the importance of the teacher/learner relationship. The roles required by teachers during classroom activities, there effectiveness and there relevance based on the activities being completed. It focused on what qualities are exhibited by good learners, the differences between adult learners and young learners, the motivation for learning a foreign language and the established framework to understand the level of learners. I have learnt the general opinion of what makes a good teacher and compared it to how I view my current teaching method to ensure my learners are getting the optimum experience.
