In this unit, I learned that anyone can become a good teacher, as long as they are able to inspire confidence in students and have sufficient knowledge of the subject. Teachers have to be flexible and able to change their roles according to the activities and situations. Also, knowing how to position the classroom arrangement is very important, as there are pros and cons to every arrangement, knowing when to use which is of great importance and is completely up to the teacher. Moreover, teachers need to build and maintain rapport throughout the course and through gaining respect from students, disciplinary problems should be less likely to occur in the classroom.
