It was a very informative unit as it went into details of classroom management and how to handle discipline within the classroom. There are 3 types of arrangement and it all varies on these factors: the space available, the types of materials available, age of students, nationality, and the students' personalities. Disciple will arise in the classroom and the factors could be family, peer pressure, and low self-esteem. You will have to get to know your students and know how each one is so you are aware who gets along and who doesn't. Using names is very beneficial in getting a student's attention and to keep students alert when you use it at the end of questions.
